About Framewalk

Framewalk takes the listing photos you already have, the ones your photographer sent through, or the ones you shot on your phone between appointments, and turns them into a walkthrough film. No re-shoot, no separate videographer to book around an open home, no waiting a week for a slot. Send the photos, pick a package, get a film back.

Where it started

Framewalk is built in Melbourne. We ran the first one on our own place before asking any agent to trust it with theirs: 13 Manor Grove, Caulfield North. That listing is still up, unedited, exactly as it came out of the pipeline every customer uses.

What we hold ourselves to

None of the below is a promise sitting on a page somewhere. Each one is built into how a purchase actually works.

You see it first

A finished video goes to you privately, and only you, before it goes anywhere else. It stays that way until you actively say it can go public. Nobody sees a rough cut but you.

The video says what it is

We put "Virtual walkthrough created from listing photos. Indicative only, not an exact representation." on screen for the whole length of every walkthrough we deliver. It is not a badge you can crop out or a splash screen you can skip. If a video is AI-built, the video tells you so.

Your photos, your rights

We only build from photos you have confirmed you have the rights to use, and we record that confirmation against the job. We are not in the business of using someone else's listing photography without asking.

We rebuild what we get wrong

Every order comes with 3 rounds of changes at no extra cost, and a genuine mistake on our end never eats into that count. If something is off, we fix the part that is off.

Why we built it

We came out of digital marketing, and we kept watching good properties go to market with a photo gallery and nothing else. Not because the agent did not care. Because a video meant booking a crew, waiting on an edit, and finding a few hundred dollars for a listing that might be under offer by the weekend. So the photos went up on their own, and the property never moved on screen.

The photos were always good enough to build from. That is the whole idea. You have already paid a photographer, so the walkthrough should cost you $99 and a day, not a shoot.
